All of our food at The Craw is cooked by Ben, chef proprietor, and is sourced as locally as possible. We cook almost everything from scratch and in house, offering guests a wide selection of tastes and flavours. Eyemouth mussels, crab and salmon are firm favourites on our menu. Whether smoked or poached traditionally and served with warm artisan breads, or marinated and steamed with exotic Asian ingredients, we strive to offer perfectly cooked food every time.
Ben has worked as a chef in professional kitchens for over twenty years, all over the world, and has won various awards over the years, as well as featured in foodie magazines for his innovative menu designs, and positive, on-trend attitude towards ingredients and food sourcing.
